These sessions are suitable for children aged 6 months to sitting, if you child is walking please book them on the later session Twisting tots is a music and sensory class suitable from around 6 months, our sessions will feature well known songs your children will know and love. These sessions encourage development in your child's coordination, speech and movement.

Little Chefz
Little Chefz is our cooking and lunch club where we will learn all about food. We will decide which food is good and bad for us, explore kitchen safety and cleanliness, experiment with simple recipes and learn some basic skills. It's all about playing, making and creating, and we get to eat it after!

Changes Primary Years Programme for Parents/Carers
These informal discussion groups will be held at SpaceHoppas Fun Zone in West Bromwich. Our Changes sessions gives local parents and carers the opportunity to meet others in similar parenting stages in a judgement-free and friendly environment. Children will be allowed FREE access to the facilities as SpaceHoppas whilst you have a chance to chat to other parents/carers and share parenting ideas and challenges. Please note attendees must attend at least four out of the five sessions. Along with the FREE play session you will also receive a FREE hot drink and biscuits, your child(ren) will receive a meal (choose from Chicken nuggets, chips and beans; Fish fingers, chips and beans; Sausage, chips and beans; Pasta with tomato sauce)

Sweaty Mama
Sweaty Mama is fun safe and effective fitness you can do with your little one. Sweaty Mama is a great way to begin to gain fitness. The workout is specifically designed to support your body postnatally and aid recovery whilst introducing exercise. You can keep it low to begin with and it’s lots of fun too. You can gradually increase the intensity of the exercise as you get fitter too! Sweaty Mama is a fab, fun workout with your child. Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Sweaty Mama has music and movements you will both love.

This course is available for children from 6 weeks up to 23 months and their parent/carers. Parents and children will both have to be in the pool and must wear suitable swimwear.
