Changes antenatal programme offers a wide range of free courses and sessions during pregnancy, from antenatal courses (in person and online), exercises sessions to programmes on understanding your baby's development we have you covered in supporting your journey to a healthy pregnancy.

Changes Wellbeing Activity Sessions
We are delighted to be able to offer FREE wellbeing activity sessions to families living in Sandwell with pre-school aged children (under 5 years old). Our courses are split into easy to use categories; Music, Movement, Development and Wellbeing and are all created to help children to develop those important early years skills.

Baby Club
Baby Clubs are free sessions within our Family Hubs. These sessions are a welcoming space to meet new families if you have a baby aged 0-12 months where babies can wiggle and babble together in a cosy play area. Parents, grandparents, and caregivers can chat and enjoy fun activities.
