Changes pre-school activities
We are delighted to be able to offer FREE pre-school activities to families living in Sandwell with pre-school aged children (under 5 years old). Our courses are split into easy to use categories; "Busy Babies" - providing babies with experiences as they learn about our world "Busy Bodies" - encouraging movement, co-ordination and gross motor skills "Busy Hands" - encouraging exploration of the senses and fine motor skills "Busy Minds" - providing new experiences for older children to stretch their imagination And are all created to help children to develop those important early years skills.

Changes Antenatal
In Sandwell we are committed to supporting parents-to-be with a healthy pregnancy. Changes antenatal programme offers a wide range of free courses and sessions during pregnancy, from antenatal courses (in person and online), exercises sessions to programmes on understanding your baby's development we have you covered in supporting your journey to a healthy pregnancy.
