GO Play Sandwell
Go Play Sandwell provides free, valuable and high quality play experiences for the children and young people aged 6 – 12 years old in Sandwell. Our play sessions and events take place at a variety of venues across the borough – look for us in green spaces, community centres, libraries and museums, indoors and outdoors all year round! Our inclusive services support and empower children (and their grownups) to access play within the local community, fostering self worth, confidence and emotional resilience. We are delighted to be able to offer FREE wellbeing activity sessions to families living in Sandwell with pre-school aged children (under 5 years old). Our courses are split into easy to use categories; Music, Movement, Development and Wellbeing and are all created to help children to develop those important early years skills.

Changes antenatal programme offers a wide range of free courses and sessions during pregnancy, from antenatal courses (in person and online), exercises sessions to programmes on understanding your baby's development we have you covered in supporting your journey to a healthy pregnancy.

Baby Massage
This session is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months old. Join us in our baby massage course. In a calm and supportive environment you will learn gentle techniques to help relax and comfort your baby while enhancing the bond between adult/baby. Our experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step through a variety of massage strokes that can promote better sleep and support your baby’s overall well-being. Each session offers time to practice the techniques with guidance, ask questions, and connect with other caregivers in a relaxed setting. This course is not just about learning massage skills, but also about understanding your baby’s cues and supporting a deeper connection through touch. You will be given a sunflower/Vitamin E blend oil for use in the sessions and at home.
