Changes Wellbeing Activity Sessions

We are delighted to be able to offer FREE wellbeing activity sessions to families living in Sandwell with pre-school aged children (under 5 years old). Our courses are split into easy to use categories; Music, Movement, Development and Wellbeing and are all created to help children to develop those important early years skills.

Bringing up children is one of the hardest jobs out there! Children don't come with an instruction manual and we all need a bit of help and guidance from time to time. Programmes for Parents and Carers are free to Sandwell residents and have helpful age-related information and support for you and your family. Courses are available both in-person and online.

Breakfast Group

The Breakfast Group is a friendly and supportive group for parents and carers and their children in Sandwell. It meets every Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cradley Heath Community link . There's no need to sign up, just come along. The group is a great place for you to connect with others, learn new skills, and get support.

GO Play Sandwell

Go Play Sandwell provides free, valuable and high quality play experiences for the children and young people aged 6 – 12 years old in Sandwell. Our play sessions and events take place at a variety of venues across the borough – look for us in green spaces, community centres, libraries and museums, indoors and outdoors all year round!
