Pre & Postnatal Yoga
This session is suitable for babies 6 weeks to 1 year old. Join us for a simple and slow-paced yoga class to help new mums to improve their core strength, balance and flexibility after birth. Suitable for new mums up until baby is one year old. Mums joining us after birth will need to wait for 6 weeks (normal birth) or 12 weeks (Caesarean section) and have received confirmation from a doctor or midwife that it is safe to begin or resume an exercise program. Babies up to 12 months can attend with their grown-up. Please wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in, and you may like to bring a bottle of water. Baby Massage
This session is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months old. Join us in our baby massage course. In a calm and supportive environment you will learn gentle techniques to help relax and comfort your baby while enhancing the bond between adult/baby. Our experienced instructor will guide you step-by-step through a variety of massage strokes that can promote better sleep and support your baby’s overall well-being. Each session offers time to practice the techniques with guidance, ask questions, and connect with other caregivers in a relaxed setting. This course is not just about learning massage skills, but also about understanding your baby’s cues and supporting a deeper connection through touch. You will be given a sunflower/Vitamin E blend oil for use in the sessions and at home.
