Changes antenatal programme offers a wide range of free courses and sessions during pregnancy, from antenatal courses (in person and online), exercises sessions to programmes on understanding your baby's development we have you covered in supporting your journey to a healthy pregnancy.

GO Play Sandwell
Go Play Sandwell provides free, valuable and high quality play experiences for the children and young people aged 6 – 12 years old in Sandwell. Our play sessions and events take place at a variety of venues across the borough – look for us in green spaces, community centres, libraries and museums, indoors and outdoors all year round! Our inclusive services support and empower children (and their grownups) to access play within the local community, fostering self worth, confidence and emotional resilience. Fussy Eating Workshop
This FREE session is aimed at parents/carers who have already taken the first steps to introduce food to their children, booking is recommended for those with children aged over 1 years old but under 5 years old. Come and join our friendly and knowledgeable nutritionist to explore the world of fussy eaters. In this session we have some fun activities, information and hints and tips for families who feel their child may be a fussy eater. FREE pack for all families who attend. Sandwell MBC will share the information you have entered onto the booking form with Fallan Nutrition running these sessions so that they can create an attendance list. We may use this information to contact you to give you more details about the course, to confirm your attendance or to contact you if the course is cancelled.

Families with toddlers Parent support
Mini & Me Aqua Exercise
This course is available for children from 6 weeks up to 23 months and their parent/carers. This session is for parent and carers who are confident in chest height water. Parents and children will both have to be in the pool and must wear suitable swimwear - more guidance on this is on the document attached to this event. Come along to the new Sandwell Aquatics Centre for our new FREE Mini and Me aqua-exercise fun with your little one. This session is aimed at parents/carers and their child. Mini and Me aqua-exercise will be 45 minutes with 15 minutes playtime afterwards, please arrive promptly for the session.
