New online fitness session for moms to be, new moms and for the whole family to get involved

General Pregnancy Toddlers Babies Workshops

Wake and Shake starts Tuesday 14 January, 7.15am – 7.45am, and id done in the comfort of your own home.

wake and Shake is a 30minute online session designed to energise and invigorate you for the day ahead.

This session will use simple movements and stretches to mobilise joints and fire the nervous system, with some breathwork to help you recharge.

Wake and Shake is suitable in pregnancy and post-birth. You’ll just need enough room to swing your arms around and overhead (watch out for any light fittings).

This class can be done seated or standing and with as much or as little intensity as you like.

Young children are welcome to join in. Additional adults in the household are also welcome to join in but please book a space for each adult so that we have relevant medical information for everyone.

Mums joining us after birth will need to wait for 6 weeks (normal birth) or 12 weeks (Caesarean section) and have received confirmation from a doctor or midwife that it is safe to begin or resume an exercise programme.
