What is MoodMaster


MoodMaster consists of light-touch CBT-based well-being sessions to encourage parents and carers to step back from the ups and downs of life and reflect on their own well-being.

The programme will support parent/carers with talking about their feelings, how to stop worries, how to deal with stressful situations, resolving conflict, mindfulness, sleep and many more topics to support emotional and physical well-being.


Who's the programme for 

Parents and carers or young people who are looking to improve their mental health, want to learn how to overcome life’s challenges, would like to improve their well-being and want to learn more about themselves.

These sessions are delivered as group or 1-2-1 session.
