What We Offer

Our online courses will nurture emotional health and wellbeing from pregnancy all the way up to families with children aged 19. You can complete them at your own pace, in your own home.

You'll learn to:

Better understand your child's feelings and behaviour, helping you raise them to be emotionally aware, sociable, and confident.

Feel more confident as a parent, by learning about child brain development, challenging behaviour, communication, and your own wellbeing needs.

Get tailored support, with courses for all stages of your child's development, providing reflective, supportive learning without judgment.

Specialist Learning for Parents of Teenagers

The specialist online learning will help you, the parent, make sense of the brain changes that happen during adolescence. This will help you understand what those changes mean for how your teenager feels, makes decisions, and connects in their important relationships.
