Changes is Sandwell’s ‘home grown’ programme for parents and carers designed with local families in mind.

This FREE 6-week programme is here to guide you through this important stage of your child's development. We know life with little ones is busy, so some of our courses are even held in soft-play venues to make it easier for you to attend!

Changes explore different topics that matter most to you, including:
