Are you using formal childcare (e.g., nursery, pre-school or childminder) or are considering using it in the future? We’d like to speak with you!
The Department for Education would like to talk to parent's of children aged 9 months to 5 years old about their experience of formal childcare, including getting help from the government with your childcare costs (e.g. nursery, pre-school, childminder fees).
You don’t need to receive support currently to take part in this research.
- The Department for Education are asking for an hour of your time
- If you are invited to take part, they will offer you £50 to thank you for your time
- The research sessions will take place between November 2025 and January 2026
- The research sessions are normally run online via a video call (e.g. Microsoft Teams), but they may be able to offer phone or in-person sessions.
